Character/Rescue story:

Introducing - Layla, a very special senior lady looking for a forever home. This incredibly sweet, calm and loving girl was rescued by our partners after spending her life chained up in a yard with 7 other dogs. Despite this rough start to life, she has a great spirit and wants nothing but constant love from humans. She's great on a leash and still has plenty of energy to walk longer distances. 

Layla would do best in a home where she's not left alone very much, as she's definitely happiest with someone to spend her time with. Her current foster says she loves kids and other dogs and so far is curious about cats (she's still keeping her distance from the 3 cats in the house). Layla has been fully vetted, spayed, and microchipped and is up to date on all her shots. This girl will make an excellent addition to any family and is so deserving of a forever home of her own.
