Character/Rescue story:

This beautiful sassy mama was found on the streets of Kuwait with one surviving pup by her side. Struggling to find shelter from the heat and find any food, roaming around the busy streets while dodging cars was no place for Koala and her little one. Our rescue friends managed to take them to safety - and Koala stole the hearts of everyone she met! She's gentle, and loving and does well with some dogs. Koala is around 1- 1.5 years old and she walks really well on leash. She is a typical border collie in many ways. Her ideal family would be active and have experience with the breed. She would do great in a home where she would get walks several times a day and could enjoy and explore the outdoors! Ongoing dog reactivity training will be needed while she learns she is safe, secure and loved.
