Character/Rescue story:

If you happen to be looking for a loving sweet bundle of wiggles; look no further than Gem. She is a petite energetic little lady that can't wait to find her forever home. Cuddles are her number one go to between exercise sessions. She is still a puppy and wants to get out and explore. Gem was a little shy when she came to us. She can sometimes still be cautious in meeting certain people or certain other dogs - but she is a lover and not a fighter. With proper introductions, she moves on fairly quickly to team walks and play time. This little lady is FAST. She enjoys running around in the backyard and playing with toys. Gem LOVES kids as well and would make a great family companion. She is currently around 20 pounds and our best guess is that she will be around 30 pounds full grown. Tiny but mighty! Gem is crate-trained, quiet in the home, eats quickly (slow-feeder recommended) and is always enthusiastic to be with her people. We are still working on the jumping...as she can be a bit springy!
